Personality Assessment Practice
This practice familiarizes you with ATSA-style forced-choice personality questions. You will see groups of three workplace-related statements and choose which one is most like you and which one is least like you. There is no answer key here — the goal is to understand the format, answer honestly, and notice patterns in your responses.

Instructions

- 3Select one different statement as Least Like Me.
- 4Leave the third statement neutral.

Format familiarization
Each group has one Most Like Me selection, one Least Like Me selection, and one neutral statement. This practice is untimed by default so you can get comfortable with the format.
