Overview

Toolistri is operated by Toolistri. Toolistri lets people create receipts, invoices, quotes, and pay stubs. Guests can use the core generators without an account, signed-in users can save drafts and submit contact, support, or feedback messages, and Pro users can also use shared logo features and other paid subscription features.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, receive, store, and use, when we keep it, and how you can contact us at toolistri@yahoo.com.

We also use third-party services to help operate the site and understand traffic, usage, and site performance, including Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics.

Information We Collect

• Account information, such as your email address and password, when you create an account or sign in.
• Saved document content when you choose to save a receipt, invoice, quote, or pay stub to your account.
• Shared logo data when you upload a PNG or JPG logo and save it to your account.
• Contact, support, or feedback messages you submit from the signed-in contact form, including your account email, name, subject, message, and selected category.
• Billing information related to your subscription status, such as your plan, Stripe customer ID, Stripe subscription ID, Stripe price ID, subscription status, and billing period end date.
• Browser storage values used during product flows such as password recovery.
• Authentication cookies used to keep signed-in sessions working.
• Technical and usage information that we may collect or receive through Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics, and related site operations, such as page views, navigation or usage events, referrer information, browser and device information, approximate geolocation or IP-derived region if provided by analytics tools, and site performance or interaction information.
• Cookie-based or identifier-based analytics data where analytics tools use cookies or similar technologies.

What Is Not Automatically Stored To Your Account

• Guest users can use the generators without creating an account.
• Receipt PDF exports are generated in the browser.
• Pay stub PDF exports are generated in the browser.
• Invoice and quote PDF exports are sent to our server to generate a file, but exporting a document by itself does not automatically save that export payload to your account.
• Using the site may still generate technical or analytics information described in this policy, but that information is not the same as saving a draft or export to your account.
• At launch, Toolistri does not have an active third-party ad network on the site.

How We Use Information

• To create, render, download, and reopen your documents.
• To save drafts to your account, and shared logos when you have Pro access and ask us to.
• To authenticate users, keep sessions active, and support password reset flows.
• To process paid subscriptions and reflect Free versus Pro access.
• To receive and review support, contact, and feedback messages.
• To understand traffic, usage patterns, navigation flows, and overall site performance.
• To monitor reliability, diagnose issues, and improve the service.
• To operate the service, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot issues.

Guest Users And Signed-In Users

Guest users can create documents and download files without signing in, but they do not get account-backed draft saving or the signed-in contact workflow.

Signed-in Free and Pro users can save document drafts. Pro users also get shared logo support, higher save limits, premium template access, additional branding controls, and no bottom ad space under the current plan logic.

Browser Storage And Cookies

• We use authentication and session cookies through Supabase session handling so signed-in areas can work.
• We use browser storage, including sessionStorage during the password recovery flow, to support product functionality and account recovery.
• We use Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics to help us understand traffic, site usage, and site performance.
• Those analytics services may use cookies or similar technologies, and may process cookie-based or identifier-based analytics data where applicable.
• We do not currently run a separate third-party ad network on the site, but analytics-related cookies or similar technologies may still be used.

Uploads, Downloads, And Generated Files

If you upload a logo, the app reads the file in your browser and converts it to a data URL. If you save it to your account, that logo data is stored with your account preferences.

Generated documents may include information you enter, such as names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, dates, amounts, notes, line items, employee details, deduction details, and logo images. You control whether you save that information to your account or simply use it to generate a file.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase is used for authentication, session handling, and database storage for saved documents, shared logos, contact messages, and billing records.
• Stripe is used for subscription checkout and billing-related customer and subscription records.
• Vercel is used for hosting, delivery, performance, and analytics-related services, and may process limited technical and usage information needed to run and improve the site.
• Google is used for analytics services, and may process limited technical, usage, cookie, or identifier-based data needed to help us understand traffic and site usage.

Ads And Analytics

Ad space may appear for Guest and Free users and is hidden for Pro users under the current plan logic. At launch, that ad area is a placeholder and there is no active third-party ad network on the site.

Toolistri uses Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics to help us understand traffic, usage patterns, navigation, and site performance. These services may collect or receive information such as page views, referrer information, browser and device details, approximate location derived from IP or region data if provided, interaction information, and cookie- or identifier-based analytics data where applicable.

How Long We Keep Data

Saved documents, shared logos, contact messages, and billing records remain in the relevant account-backed systems until they are deleted, changed, or the related account is removed.

We may keep certain information for longer when needed for operational, security, billing, tax, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.

Retention periods may be updated as the product matures.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we handle.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Toolistri is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the service, please contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

Your Choices

• You can use core generators without creating an account.
• You can delete saved documents from the Saved Documents page.
• If you have Pro, you can remove your shared logo from the Saved Documents page.
• You can choose not to submit contact or support messages.
• You can cancel or change your subscription through the billing flow we provide.

Important Content Disclaimer

Toolistri provides document-generation tools only. We do not verify that any receipt, invoice, quote, or pay stub you create is accurate, complete, lawful, tax-compliant, payroll-compliant, or suitable for your business, accounting, employment, tax, insurance, lending, or legal needs.

You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before you save it, download it, share it, send it to a customer, employee, contractor, lender, landlord, agency, court, tax authority, payroll processor, or any other third party.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product changes, including if we add or change analytics, advertising, hosting, billing, or other service providers.

If we make material changes, we may update this page, revise the date above, or provide another appropriate notice inside the service.
